• The charges (water, electricity, heating)
• The fire insurance ECA, compulsory in the canton de Vaud
• The internet access (good speed)
• The house cleaning once a month (extra charge, if more frequent)
• The Supply of sheets and towels
• I am at your disposal for all small repairs and various advice

 

WHAT I NEED

• The lease agreement signed and returned by e-mail 
• A security deposit / reservation fee corresponding to 1 month rental 
• (returned upon departure by bank transfer) minus the last final cleaning fee
• That you pay the first monthly rent before getting the apartment keys.
• A copy of your third party liability insurance contract, known as RC you can sign a one year contract valid in Switzerland with the Zurich Assurance for instance.
• A copy of your passport or identity card
• your full address, mobile phone number, e-mail
• Proof of solvency (work contract, bank guarantee)
• No pets
• Non-smoker
